Aces Up Solitaire is built to let you play a card game without creating an account, signing in, or handing over personal details.
Summary
The current version of this site does not ask you to register, does not run a contact form, and does not require cookies or a saved profile for gameplay. It uses Google Analytics to measure site usage and Google’s consent platform to manage privacy choices.
The game runs in your browser using static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Your card moves are used only to make the game work on the page while you are playing.
Information we collect
We do not directly collect names, email addresses, account details, payment details, or saved game profiles through the current site.
Like most websites, the hosting service may process basic technical information when a page is requested. This can include details such as your IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time of access, and similar server log information used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Google Analytics may process information about page views, site interactions, referring pages, browser and device characteristics, and approximate location. We use aggregated reporting to understand and improve the site.
Cookies and local storage
The games do not need cookies or local storage to work. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers when the applicable consent state allows it, and Google’s consent platform may store your privacy choices.
For visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage default to denied while Google’s consent message waits for a choice. Google tags may send limited cookieless signals while consent is denied. See theCookie Policy for more detail and available controls.
Google services
We use Google Analytics and Google’s AdSense consent management platform. These services may process technical and usage information on Google’s behalf, subject to your consent choices and Google’s own privacy terms. The AdSense code also allows Google to display the consent message; advertising may be introduced separately in the future.
Information handled by Google may be processed outside your country. Google describes its safeguards and data practices in its published privacy information.
How information is used
Technical server information may be used to deliver pages, diagnose errors, protect the site from abuse, and understand whether the site is working correctly.
We do not sell personal information. Analytics information is used to understand site performance and improve the games and content.
Contact and future features
The contact page lists an email address for rule corrections, bug reports, accessibility issues, and new game ideas. If you choose to email us, the information you send is handled through your email provider and our email service rather than through an account system on this site.
If a contact form, saved settings, advertising, or account feature is added later, this policy will be reviewed so that it continues to match the live site.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated as the site grows and new solitaire games or site features are added.
