Terms of Use

These terms explain the basic rules for using Aces Up Solitaire. The site is currently a free place to play solitaire games and read solitaire rules, strategy, and related game content.

Using the site

You may use Aces Up Solitaire for personal, non-commercial play and reading. You do not need an account to play the current games, and there are no paid features in the current version of the site.

Please do not use the site in a way that attempts to disrupt it, overload it, copy it at scale, bypass normal access controls, or interfere with other visitors.

Game results and rules

Aces Up Solitaire includes chance, so a lost game does not always mean a bad move was made. The rules and strategy notes are written to be useful, but solitaire variations can differ by source and small rule changes can change how a game plays.

If you spot a rule problem or a move that does not behave as described, please check thecontact page for the current way to report it.

Content on Aces Up Solitaire

Solitaire card games themselves have long histories and many shared rule traditions. These terms are not intended to claim ownership over public-domain game ideas or traditional solitaire rules.

The site is provided as it is available. It may change, move, or go offline while new games, pages, and features are being built. We aim to keep the game usable, but we cannot promise that every page will always be available or error-free.
